PerfectGift.com is rooted in a simple belief: gift giving should be meaningful, personal, and joyful for the person who receives the gift.
Our journey began in 1999 when our founder launched GiftCards.com, one of the web’s first platforms to bring gift cards online and make them easy and accessible to everyone. Over the next decade and a half, GiftCards.com became a trusted destination for millions of customers, selling billions of dollars in gift cards and shaping how people give gifts online.
Following the sale of GiftCards.com in 2016, we began exploring ways to improve the gift card experience. We felt the gift card was broken and had not changed in 30 years -with fraud, lack of personalization, lost or stolen cards, and the 17,000 tons of plastics in land fills. So, in 2020, we launched PerfectGift.com which combined all of our learnings. We invented card linked gifting where gifts are linked to a persons Visa or Mastercard in their packet – no more lost gifts. Every gift is totally personalized, printed on demand in our 30,000 sq ft on demand fulfillment center, powered by Robots and Ai with Ai driven messaging, video and creatives. We gave the recipients choices -use as a gift code, link to your Visa/MasterCard, cash out for Zelle, swap the gift and regift. Turning the gift card into a really better gift – recipient focused - The Perfect Gift, Every Time.
And here we are, this last year we sold over 6 million PerfectGifts and made over 6m people smile!

We are committed to continually improve and enhance PerfectGift.com to provide personalization, speed, and flexibility. Our CEO, Jason Wolfe, credits his years of success to the Milton Hershey School, where he grew up. In gratitude for the foundation and opportunities the school provided, Jason later returned to serve on the Board of Directors of the Hershey Trust Company overseeing the endowment, helping ensure that today’s students receive the same care, education, and support that helped shape his own future.
Through our work, PerfectGift proudly supports children and families by reinvesting in causes that empower young people to thrive. Whether through community events, partnerships, or meaningful charitable efforts, our mission is simple: to spread joy, create opportunity, and remind every child that they matter. In 2026, we started PerfectKids as our future endowment. Because when you believe in someone — especially a child — you don’t just give a gift. You help create a moment that can change a life. Jason Wolfe is "Pittsburgh's comeback kid"
We founded Giftcards.com in 2003 and sold it in 2016, so we know a lot about gift cards. We started PerfectGift.com in 2019 in order to provide the great service we once did with same day printing of co-brand Visa gift cards and Mastercard gift cards and reward cards.

Over 150 team members spanning 21 states, 6 time zones, 4 countries and 2 U.S. territories, and 1,082 years of combined experience.
